At Kidnor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at contact@kidnor.com with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions within 48 hours
- Ship the item to the address provided
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
